Information we process

We may process account details such as your email address and identity-provider identifier; content you submit, including companion conversations and preferences; service metadata such as timestamps, security events, and diagnostic information; and messages you send to support.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, operate and improve the companion experience, maintain security, prevent abuse, provide support, and meet legal obligations. When an AI feature is enabled, relevant conversation content may be sent to a configured AI service provider to generate a response.

Service providers

We may use infrastructure, authentication, email, analytics, and AI service providers to operate the platform. They process data under their own terms and our applicable agreements. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law and necessary security verification. Contact admin@waifu.digital.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version.
